532 - Assistant Performance Manager

The Assistant Performance Manager will be part of the Construction Skills Fund Team within the Contracts & Commissioning Team and will specifically support the Performance Manager (CSF) by contributing to the organisation’s objectives to provide effective and impactful funding to the construction industry.

The Assistant Performance Manager will assist with the monitoring of the Construction Skills Fund (CSF) on-site training hubs as well as supporting the successful delivery of DfE’s funding to hubs. 

The role will require excellent analytical skills as it involves working across all aspects the funding process including monitoring, payments, verification, evaluation and the production of impactful case studies for dissemination to key stakeholders.
