The Role

Applications are invited for the above position based at our National Construction College, Erith. The successful applicant will be fully competent to deliver training to achieve course objectives, both practical and theory. Course material, equipment, training aids and documentation are provided to meet the objectives of the courses, along with suitable training aids, lesson plans and timetables. You will also be responsible for assessing the Learners once you have completed your training programme.

Ability to travel throughout the UK is essential as you will be required to work from other CITB sites from time to time.

About You

It is essential that the successful applicant will have held a CISRS Scaffolder Card for more than 10 years and a CISRS Advanced Scaffolder Card for more than 5 of these years, with 5 years supervisory experience. Assessor qualifications would be ideal but training will be provided. We’ll also be looking for GCSEs (or equivalent) and a gift for clear communication. A teaching qualification would be an advantage. The successful candidates will be expected to achieve Level 4 Teacher Training Certificate.
