This Health and Safety role is within the National Construction College, a multi site construction training environment which includes office based and mobile teams in 4 locations across UK. The range of college activities undertaken for apprentices and adults include; tower and mobile cranes; heavy earthmoving, access including scaffolding and steeplejacks amongst many other specialist construction curriculum programmes. The candidate will have a good deal of experience in a construction environment working to either OHSAS 18001 or ISO 45001. They will have gained a great deal of experience in; auditing, site inspections; accident and incident investigation and reporting and will demonstrate an ability to provide professional reports using word and excel. They will have confidence and experience to work across various teams and be able to communicate and deliver training to colleagues at all levels. They will be at least Tech IOSH qualified and be within daily commute of our college at Bircham Newton near Kings Lynn. They will be expected to travel to our 4 sites in UK and may have to stay away 2 or 3 nights a week. They will hold a full clean driving license and will need to have successfully completed a DBS safeguarding check.

UK Driving License; liaison with agencies travel in UK staying away usually 3 nights a week and within daily travel distance to Bircham Newton
