CITB is looking to recruit an individual who has a passion for exceptional customer experiences. This role will be responsible for the strategic oversight, as well as the day-to-day management of the CITB customer excellence agenda and complaints processes. As well as, responsible for leading on aspects of our customer improvement initiatives including Voice of the Customer, customer satisfaction, customer feedback and channel performance. This role will be based in Peterborough however, we are operating a flexible work model that supports a blend of in-office and at home working.
